KPC ERA Selected 21 Outstanding Employees
PT Kaltim Prima Coal (KPC) through the Human Resources Division awarded the Employee Recognition Award (ERA) to its employees. In this quarterly event, the jury team selected 21 outstanding employees and 12 of them were selected as winners. The awarding of winners was carried out at the Tanjung Bara Meeting Hall (BPTB), Sangatta, Saturday (23/3/2024).
Of the 12 winners, they were selected based on employee class. Three people represent groups A-C, four people from groups D-E, two people from groups F-G and three people from groups H-I. Nominees for this award are proposed by their respective superiors, including the achievements of each employee submitted.
In this period, among others, Hari Kristianto, Tumbur Sihombing and Sumardi from groups A-C, Miranti Nanda, Bara Prima, Yorif Khismar Simatupang and Vishnu Pamungkar from groups D-E. Meanwhile, two people were selected from the F-G group, including Yulia Rusmawati and Siswahyudi. Meanwhile, three employees are from the H-I group, namely Kusuma Sari, Syukur Setiawan and Hendra Agoessusilo.
KPC Chief Operating Officer (COO) Hendro ‘Edo’ Ichwanto said, through this ERA event, KPC management wants to give appreciation to employees who provide many ideas and contributions to the company’s progress. “The context of this ERA is that there is an intention from management to give appreciation to employees who provide many ideas and contributions to KPC. Because at this moment KPC needs a lot of ideas and contributions from employees, both requested and unsolicited,” said Edo.
Edo assesses that the positive impact of this ERA is the transmission of a creative and innovative spirit from all employees. “We thank HR for this program because now we all see the contribution made by each division, which can be transmitted to other employees throughout KPC. Employees in other divisions are inspired by employees in other divisions as well. Stay enthusiastic, don’t stop and don’t be satisfied after receiving this ERA,” said Edo.
KPC Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Subhashish Datta expressed the same appreciation for the enthusiasm and contribution of employees to advance the company. “I am very excited and highly appreciative of seeing these ERA finalists. I congratulate those who have made a good contribution to this company. The contribution of each employee is very important for the growth of this company,” said Datta.
KPC has been giving awards to employees in the form of ERA since 2022. This time is the sixth time it has been held by KPC through the HR Division.(*)
